Junior Creative

We’re an award-winning, multi-channel agency creating standout content for leading automotive and luxury brands. Based in Shoreditch, our close-knit team brings together editorial, creative and production talent.

We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Junior Creative to join us.

You’ll work across digital and print, developing ideas from initial concept through to finished creative. It’s a varied, hands-on role for someone early in their creative career who’s ready to take the next step.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing standout work across digital, social and print

• Working with our senior creatives, editors and production team to bring concepts to life

• Getting involved in shoots, from planning and assisting on set through to creating final assets

• Helping take projects through the amends and approval process

• Keeping up with design, photography, film and culture trends – and bringing fresh references and ideas to the team

About you

You’re a versatile designer with lots of ideas and enthusiasm, looking to develop your skills across different formats and disciplines.

This is a junior position, so we’re not expecting you to know everything. You may already have in-house experience at an agency or studio, or be at the beginning of your career with a brilliant portfolio that shows us what you can do. What matters most is strong creative thinking, good design skills, curiosity and an eagerness to learn.

You’ll be comfortable working collaboratively with our senior creatives, and will increasingly take ownership of projects as you develop.

Experience or interest in automotive or luxury is a bonus, but definitely not essential. Ideally, you’ll have some experience using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Premiere Pro, while familiarity with Figma and DaVinci would be a bonus.

A full UK driving licence would also be helpful, as the role may involve travel for shoots.

We offer flexible working, but as a small, collaborative team, we like to spend time together in person, so you’ll be expected to work from our Shoreditch office at least three days a week.
