We are seeking a creative, digital-first and detail orientated Graphic Designer to join our brand and creative team. As Graphic Designer, you’ll be responsible for creating digital content that brings our brand to life through thoughtful storytelling and a clean, elevated design.
This is the perfect role for a designer who is passionate about creating high-quality digital assets, who is confident working with Figma and is eager to grow within a fast paced, collaborative team.
What you’ll do:
Digital & Social Design
• Design engaging assets for Troubadour’s digital channels, including website banners, paid and organic social, and performance marketing
• Create social content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok—from static posts and carousels to short-form video and animations (Reels, stories)
• Translate brand and product stories into visually compelling, platform-specific creative
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to concept and execute digital campaigns
Email Design (Figma & Klaviyo)
• Design and build visually consistent, conversion-driven email campaigns in Klaviyo using Figma templates
• Develop reusable components and design systems to improve efficiency and consistency
• Work with the CRM and e-commerce teams to ensure every campaign is optimised for mobile and on-brand
• Experiment with design, animation, and layout to improve engagement and performance
Brand & Creative Development
• Contribute to evolving Troubadour’s visual identity across digital touchpoints
• Ensure design consistency and attention to detail in all creative output
• Maintain alignment with Troubadour’s premium aesthetic and sustainability values
Collaboration & Workflow
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver high-quality creative on schedule
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently, maintaining clear organisation
• Stay informed about emerging design trends, social formats, and digital best practices
Who you are:
• You have 3–5 years of experience in digital or graphic design (agency or in-house).
• You’re fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Premier Pro).
• You have hands-on experience designing and building emails in Klaviyo (or similar platforms).
• You use and understand digital and social platform formats, and what performs across platforms.
• You have a sharp eye for typography, composition, and detail.
• You’re proactive, organised, and thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
• You bring curiosity, creativity, and a strong sense of visual storytelling.
Tools you’ll use:
• Figma
• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
• Klaviyo
• Premiere Pro (basic motion or video editing a plus)
• Google Workspace, Slack, Monday.com or similar project management tools
• Animation skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro) will be advantageous but training can be provided
