Set Reset is a data experience design studio.

We turn complex information into experiences people actually care about. We design intelligent, insight-led content and environments that help brands stand out, build trust and move people.

From interactive data walls to data-driven microsites and animated explainers, our work moves across formats. What defines us is our ability to make data make sense—and make it stick.

Who you are

You’re an enthusiastic designer who thinks on your feet, with a sharp eye for detail and curiosity in abundance.

You’re a confident problem solver who enjoys untangling complexity and turning it into something clear, intelligent and beautiful.

You’re excited by possibility, by technology, by what design can become next.

You care about craft. Typography. Grids. Systems. You believe in a structured approach to design.

You’re interested in data visualisation and not intimidated by a spreadsheet.

You communicate clearly, written and verbal, and are comfortable presenting ideas and defending your thinking.

You have 3+ years’ agency experience delivering polished work across multiple formats.

The role

You’ll be an integral part of the design team, reporting to the Design Lead and Creative Director, while working closely with designers, developers and animators.

You won’t just execute layouts. You’ll help shape ideas. You’ll contribute from brief to delivery, with the expectation that you push the work further than it first appears it can go.

Our projects vary widely. You’ll work across disciplines including 2D and 3D design and animation, AI and generative content, editorial systems and interaction design.

Curiosity, initiative and an appetite for learning are essential.

The studio

We’re an informal yet fast-paced studio.

Standards are high and ideas are challenged. We take the work seriously and expect each other to care. As a small team, you’ll have real ownership and visibility across studio projects. You’ll be close to decision-making, close to clients and close to the craft.

We make time to step away from it too. Regular social events, studio outings and shared wins matter to us. We look out for each other and share the load when things get busy. Balance matters. We’re building a studio where strong work and life outside it can coexist.

The details

Starting salary £35,000 with annual reviews

In-person role, based in Hackney Wick. 9:30 to 18:00, with Mondays and Fridays working from home

£1,000 annual training and development budget
