Job Description
We’re looking for a freelance designer to support our team with hands-on design and artworking across a range of marketing, brand, print, and digital collateral — with a particular focus on luxury clients and high-end branded residential projects.
This role is ideal for a highly skilled designer who enjoys the craft of design execution, layout, and production — someone who is fast, detail-driven, and confident working within established brand guidelines to produce polished, accurate work across multiple formats. Experience working within the luxury sector or on branded residential schemes is a strong advantage.
Engagement & Availability
Initially we are looking to bring someone on board for approximately 7 days across late May to early June. There is the potential for further involvement on other projects beyond this initial period including in early July. Ideally, we would like local candidates who can commute to our London office. If you are based outside of London we are open to a remote role if the fit is right - timezone must be GMT or CET.
Core Responsibilities
Design & Artworking
• Take existing brand guidelines, templates, and creative direction and apply them across new assets and formats — including materials for luxury residential developments and high-end lifestyle brands
• Produce high-quality layouts for print, digital, social, web, email, and presentation materials, including brochures, sales suite collateral, and CGI-led marketing assets for branded residential schemes
• Resize, reformat, version, and adapt existing creative for multiple outputs and channels
• Create print-ready and digital-ready artwork with precision and care
• Confidently work across typography, layout, grids, and image handling to produce visually strong, consistent work
• Prepare final files to correct specifications for print, web, and digital use
Production & Delivery
• Ensure all artwork is technically accurate and production-ready
• Follow print specifications, manage bleed, colour profiles, finishes, and file setup
• Prepare assets for developers, social platforms, email platforms, and printers
• Make amends quickly and accurately based on feedback
• Maintain organised working files and clear file naming conventions
• Work efficiently to tight deadlines without compromising quality
Working with the Team
• Collaborate closely with senior designers and account management to interpret briefs
• Implement feedback carefully and precisely
• Flag any potential production or formatting issues early
What We’re Looking For
• Strong experience in design execution and artworking (agency experience preferred, with exposure to luxury clients or branded residential projects highly desirable)
• Excellent attention to detail and understanding of production requirements
• Confident working within brand guidelines rather than creating new ones
• Highly organised, efficient, and comfortable working at pace
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Working knowledge of Figma, particularly for digital asset production and design handover
• Comfortable working across print and digital formats
• Prior experience working on luxury residential projects — such as branded sales suites, development brochures, or high-end property marketing — is highly desirable
