The role
We’re looking for a confident, versatile Mid-Weight Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This is a hands-on role with real breadth. You’ll be producing high-quality creative assets across paid social, display, email, and digital campaigns, with a strong emphasis on motion design for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
Beyond the craft, this role carries genuine responsibility. You’ll be a credible face of the creative team in client conversations, presenting work, fielding feedback, and communicating creative decisions with clarity and confidence. You’ll also play a key part in supporting our junior designers and helping to raise the quality of output across the team.

Responsibilities
- Design and Production: Create polished, on-brand creative assets across a range of formats, including paid social, display ads, web banners, and email campaigns. Produce and deliver motion graphics as a core part of your workload, using tools like After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Creative Scaling: Adapt and scale assets across formats, sizes, and platforms without compromising on quality.
- Client Communication: Participate in client-facing discussions, presenting creative work, articulating design decisions, and managing feedback with professionalism and confidence.
- Junior Designer Support: Work alongside and mentor our junior designers, providing constructive guidance, reviewing outputs, and helping maintain consistent creative standards across the team.
- Creative Testing: Support the testing and iteration of creative assets in collaboration with paid media and strategy teams, contributing to performance-driven creative decisions.
- Project Management: Manage multiple briefs simultaneously, communicating progress proactively and adapting priorities as needed in a fast-paced agency environment.
About you
- A strong portfolio demonstrating motion design alongside broader graphic design work across digital channels
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma
- Comfortable in client-facing situations, able to present work confidently, take feedback gracefully, and hold your own in a room
- Experience supporting or mentoring more junior creatives, with an eye for quality and a constructive approach to feedback
- A solid understanding of how creative performs across digital channels, particularly paid social and Google campaigns
- Comfortable working at scale across multiple formats and aspect ratios across paid social platforms
- Able to balance multiple projects at pace, communicating clearly with internal teams and clients about priorities and timelines
- Detail-oriented, with a consistent standard of output, whether working on a one-off creative concept or scaling templates at volume
Bonus skills (not essential but appreciated)
- Awareness of or experience with creative automation tools like Celtra
- Familiarity with A/B testing and performance-driven creative strategies
- Copywriting ability or experience developing ad copy alongside visual assets
- An interest in emerging formats, particularly on TikTok and newer digital channels
- Enthusiasm for AI and how it can be used to enhance your workflow
