About the role
We are looking for a Midweight Designer to join as one of Blink Twice’s founding creatives. Someone who is obsessed with branding, fluent in design systems, and curious about how story, strategy, and design work together.
You will work as part of the core Blink Twice team, collaborating directly with the Creative Director on brand strategy, visual identities, and design systems for fast-growing startups.
Responsibilities
- Translate brand strategy into distinctive visual identities and design systems.
- Design across digital and print, including logos, typography, packaging, and motion-ready visuals.
- Develop and present creative concepts during our Unlock → Unleash process.
- Create mockups, prototypes, and brand-world visuals in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Leverage cutting-edge AI tools such as Midjourney, Google’s image generation tools, and Runway to explore ideas and speed up workflows.
- Maintain rigorous typographic and layout standards across all touchpoints.
- Contribute to Blink Twice’s own internal visual content and marketing when needed.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in a branding or design studio, or equivalent high-level freelance experience.
- Strong understanding of visual identity and storytelling.
- Absolute proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with (or strong desire to master) AI creative tools.
- Independent, proactive, and passionate about brand building.
Bonus
- Packaging or motion experience.
- Active creative social presence or personal brand.
