About Junction Studio

We are a small creative powerhouse in the heart of Brighton’s North Laines. We create world leading brands with heart and soul, from naming and brand strategy, to packaging and exhibition design and photoshoots. We have long running relationships with our clients creating designs for some of the UK’s biggest pet brands along with some hospitality projects.

Our ideal candidate

We're looking for a visually creative Midweight Designer with at least 3 years experience bringing bold ideas to life.

This is an in-studio position. Work from home days are negotiable, but please do not apply if you are unable to work in our Brighton studio most of the time.

Experience working on FMCG packaging design for existing brands, concepting & designing new brands, and creating marketing materials, point of sale, plus digital and print layout.

Experience in the pet product space is not essential, we’re looking for diverse portfolios and work that shows creative solutions to design challenges.

You are ambitious, motivated and willing to get stuck in wherever you’re needed.

Designers with a flair for illustration will be favourably considered.

Collaboration is crucial, you'll naturally team up with our Creative Leads, Account Managers, and deal directly with clients to nail ambitious projects.

You should be well versed in Photoshop, Illustrator and inDesign. If you have experience in Figma, Lightroom, Premiere and After Effects that would be a bonus.
