SENIOR Experiential Designer (3D)

SENIOR Experiential Designer (3D) specialising in retail and interiors up to £60k DOE

We are working with a London-based multi-award-winning design agency who specialise in working with top brands, creating global concept stores, retail experiences and event spaces.

They are looking for a brilliant designer with 5+ years of experience in relevant industry/agencies (sport/fashion/retail/hospitality).

You will need to be a motivated candidate with a fantastic work ethic, keen to collaborate, and who demonstrates a solid understanding of the consumer journey and behaviours.

You must have a full understanding of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign, fluent in 3D modelling software and render programs, SketchUp/V-Ray preferable.

You will be working with a wider team to develop design concepts, from initial ideation through to finalised detail design. You will also lead on small to large scale projects, with an attention to detail to ensure standards and consistency.

Key responsibilities:

- Line management, including setting a positive example through a pro-active and motivated approach. Providing support and aiding in development of junior team members

-Confidently represent the agency in client meetings.

-Take ownership of key aspects of a project, with a keen attention to detail in order to maintain quality, standards and consistency.

-Have substantial experience in reading and creating CAD drawing packs, including relevant specification documents.

The role is flexible hybrid working, with 3 days in the London studio and 2 days WFH. Ideal candidates will have experience working in agencies such as Studio XAG, Your Studio, Dalziel & Pow and Seen Studios.
