Our owned platforms:
FONO — a platform through which extraordinary people donate their time to create once-in-a-lifetime experiences, raising money for good causes. Previous events have featured Ed Sheeran, Annie Lennox and others.
Rising Phoenix — a platform changing how the world thinks about disability equality through the power of sport. Telling the extraordinary story of the Paralympic Games in an exclusive partnership with the International Paralympic Committee.
We also build platforms and ambitious ideas for our clients — including Clearly (campaign that led to a UN resolution on preventable sight loss), The Earthshot Prize (created on behalf of The Royal Foundation), Earth to COP (in partnership with Bloomberg Philanthropies for the COP26 climate summit), and Equal Play (campaign and Channel 4 documentary for ParalympicsGB).
The role
Design is incredibly important to the efficacy of our work. The visual worlds we build around our platforms are as important as the ideas inside them — we need a designer who understands that, and who is ready to own it.
As Senior Designer, you will lead the creation of visual identities, campaign assets and creative output across everything we do. This is a rare role with real creative authority. You will shape how our platforms look and feel across every touchpoint — from major live events and campaign launches to websites, film and pitch decks.
FONO and Rising Phoenix are both at pivotal moments in their development, with significant ambition and untapped creative potential. The right designer will transform these brands — building visual landscapes that are bold, distinctive and worthy of the stories they tell.

Responsibilities
- Lead design across our platforms — from developing new visual identities through to full campaign rollouts.
- Take ownership of FONO and Rising Phoenix, elevating both brands consistently and beautifully across every touchpoint.
- Produce high-quality pitch decks and creative presentations that translate ideas into powerful visual narratives.
- Create, maintain and evolve brand guidelines for everything we build.
- Work closely with the wider team to ensure creative output is aligned with our goals — and push back when it isn't.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional design experience, with an exceptional portfolio.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
- Strong command of presentation software (Keynote, Pitch or equivalent).
- Comfortable cutting short reels and creating video pitch content (complex film deliverables are handled separately)
- A clear creative point of view, and the confidence to articulate and defend it.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without letting quality slip.
- Experience with motion design experience (After Effects) is a bonus, but not essential.
