Junior Designer | Hybrid | Surrey Based

Introduction

We’re looking for a Junior Designer to join a small, ambitious creative studio based in Surrey and help turn smart strategic thinking into pitch-winning concepts, distinctive brand identities and engaging creative work.

This is a chance to get stuck into real projects from an early stage, working closely with the wider team to develop ideas that are thoughtful, original and built to make an impact. You’ll have a voice in the creative process, not just a seat at the end of it.

If you naturally think in motion as well as still, even better.

The Opportunity

You’ll work alongside the creative team across a variety of briefs, helping take ideas from an initial thought through to polished creative execution.

That could mean developing visual concepts, crafting brand identities, exploring typography, creating pitch work or bringing ideas to life across different formats. You’ll be encouraged to explore, question and find fresh angles rather than simply follow a brief.

Impact

Your ideas will help shape work that gets brands noticed and gives audiences something to connect with. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to creative work from the outset, seeing how strategic thinking translates into strong visual communication.

You’ll also learn how a small studio operates, working closely with the people shaping the work and making the decisions.

About You

You’re a creative thinker and a maker. You’re curious, switched on and excited by the opportunity to find a fresh angle on a brief.

You’ll bring:

• Strong graphic design and typography skills

• A good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

• The ability to talk confidently about your work and explain the thinking behind an idea

• Great attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work

• Curiosity and an appetite to explore new ideas

• Initiative and a genuine eagerness to learn

• A collaborative approach and the ability to work well within a small team

Motion or 3D experience using After Effects, Blender or Cinema 4D would be a bonus.
