The Studio
Our client is a boutique creative agency based in the heart of London. Due to a period of growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced mid or senior branding designer.
This is a busy studio working across the UK and internationally with clients in the luxury hospitality and retail space. This is an integral role in this tight-nit, busy team. You will be reporting directly to the creative director/founder and working across a varied portfolio of clients.
The Opportunity
As a middleweight designer you will support on projects from concept to creation working closely with the senior team. We are looking for someone who is able to generate great design ideas put together with precision and flair. You’ll have the opportunity to work with start -ups creating brands from scratch as well as more established brands and re- thinking their creative. This is an ambitious studio looking for driven, passionate and exciting creatives
You'll be working on projects spanning a wide range of disciplines, being exposed to design challenges across brand, campaign, and digital. The work is ideas-based and strategic, so your primary job will be to own and push projects forwards — with brilliant creative ideas and design craft.
The Ideal Candidate
- At least 3 years experience working for a brand or design studio.
- Design degree, qualification or equivalent
- A genuine passion for design and creative culture
- Interest and knowledge in digital and UI design.
- Organisation and efficiency
- Meticulous eye for detail
- Creative mindset – interested to learn about how the creative thinking should apply
to the process
- Entrepreneurial spirit – always looking for new, improved ways of approaching tasks
- Great work ethic – willing to put in the effort required for a great outcome
- Awareness of current design culture – love for brand, design, digital and communication in general
- Ambitious – looking to build a career
