Two days per week, Monday and Tuesday total 16 hours per week. Option to sometimes work remotely where possible. Otherwise based at Exmouth Market, Islington.
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Product Management and B2B Relationship lead to join our small, creative-led, and friendly team. This is a unique opportunity to shape a brand-new role within our established business, Botanique Workshop. The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail, along with a background in the manufacturing of products and an undertsanding or wholesale to lifestyle businesses. They must have the ambition to truly make this role their own. We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and efficient individual.
The Product Management and B2B Relationship lead will support and grow our wholesale channel whilst always managing the production and development of all of our own brand products. This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing operational excellence with relationship-building and spotting opportunities for growth. You’ll be responsible for managing wholesale orders end-to-end, coordinating logistics and production of the product, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting new customer leads. You’ll be expected to seamlessly manage inventory of all of our own brand products including the stock of raw materials, ensuring that we are never out of stock of key products. You'll use forecasting to ensure that orders are placed with the manufacturers we collaborate with, always with their lead times in mind. Maintaining an excellent realtionship with our manfacturers will be paramount. You’ll also be involved in the designing and planning of new product lines and packaging for existing ones.

Botanique Workshop is a renowned concept store in London, established on Exmouth Market in 2014, and most recently expanding to a curated showcase of the brand on the famous Columbia Road flower market. We are known across both the floristry and independent retail industries for our unique design led product and floristry. More than 50 likeminded retailers throughout the UK currently stock our own brand collection.
Key Responsibilities:
Wholesale Order Management and Customer Support:
- Manage wholesale orders from receipt through to fulfilment and invoicing. This ncludes managing all our wholesale orders including those on Faire, so being familiar with the platform.
- Act as the main point of contact for wholesale customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience, answering any product questions, making product recommendations.
- Track order timelines, resolve issues, and communicate updates clearly with customers
Logistics & Fulfilment
- Coordinate shipping and delivery of wholesale orders with internal teams and external manufacturing partners.
- Working closely with our Store Manager to provide a weekly list of orders that need to be packed, and to ensure they are ready to be dispatched by you on one of your working days.
- Prepare shipping documentation and ensure couriers are booked and orders are dispatched accurately and on time
- Keep an eye on shipping costs and delivery performance to track areas for improvement
Inventory & Production Coordination
- Maintain accurate wholesale inventory levels and forecasts, especially heading into peak trading period
- Coordinate with production/manufacturing to ensure timely product availability, and place orders with the relevant production teams
- Ensure we are never out of stock of required raw materials
- Flag low stock, upcoming production needs, and potential supply risks
- New Customer Leads & Opportunities
- Support inbound wholesale enquiries and qualify new customer leads
- Assist with onboarding new wholesale accounts, including pricing, terms, and documentation
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and improve wholesale processes
- Identify new wholesale opportunities through tradeshows, markets, marketing emails and outreach.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain accurate records of orders, customers, inventory, and production schedules
- Prepare basic wholesale reports (sales, inventory, lead tracking)
- Support continuous improvement of wholesale systems and workflows
Important Note: An interest in floristry is welcome, but this is not a floristry position for those seeking rotation or progression into a floristry role.
