What You'll Be Doing

— Designing and developing concepts

— Contributing to director's treatments, helping shape how ideas come to life on screen

— Leading on creative decks and presentations

— Working across all studio projects from initial concept through to final delivery

— Supporting pitches with compelling creative assets and storytelling

What We're Looking For

— A genuine passion for film, content, and visual storytelling

— Strong conceptual thinking — you lead with ideas, not just execution

— Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects), Figma, and AI tools

— An eye for design with meticulous attention to detail and speed

— Confidence presenting ideas clearly to internal teams and clients

— A proactive, collaborative, can-do attitude
