About the role...
We’re looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our team fulltime.
This is a great opportunity to support the delivery of a wide range of projects across the studio, working closely with the time, while building your skills in client communication and project coordination. You’ll be eager to learn, highly organised, and comfortable asking questions when something is unclear.
Our ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of tasks while being supported by senior team members. You’ll have an interest in the types of projects and industries we work in, and be excited about developing your project management and client service expertise in a fast-paced, creative environment.

What the role entails...
– Supporting the delivery of high-quality service to our clients throughout all stages of a project, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
– Assisting the team with the day-to-day coordination of multiple projects and accounts, working efficiently and attentively to help keep everything on time, on brief.
– Helping to build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and internal teams, communicating clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats.
– Supporting project resourcing by keeping track of who’s working on what and flagging any future resource needs to senior team members.
– Keeping an eye on project budgets and timelines, supporting billing and forecasting with guidance from more senior team members.
– Coordinating with external suppliers and partners to help manage digital development and physical production.
– Being curious and open to learning new, effective ways to manage projects, communicate with clients, and support the wider team.

— Enjoys building relationships and has very strong interpersonal and communication skills
— Is a team player and enjoys collaborating both with the EIB team and externally
— Has the ability to work under tight deadlines with efficiency and meticulous organisation
— Has a basic understanding of production processes, both digital and physical / print
— Has the ability to make good judgments, and knows when to ask questions
— Is confident using Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Pitch
— Is passionate about a career in brand and design, and engages with the wider industry and culture
