Account Lead / Senior Project Manager

We are a strategy-led creative agency working at the intersection of fashion, luxury and culture, creating and delivering unique Brand Worlds for our clients.

Reporting into our Creative Operations Director, T&C is looking for an Account Lead/ Senior Project Manager to take ownership of digital, strategic and creative projects, playing a pivotal role in managing client relationships and leading projects from conception through execution, ensuring the delivery of high-quality creative and strategic solutions. You will oversee multiple accounts, collaborate closely with team members across our agency and maintain a deep understanding of our clients’ brand and objectives. Our ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a passion for luxury fashion and/or hospitality, strong project management abilities and a collaborative spirit.

What you’ll be working on

Account Management

• Point of Contact: Serve as the main point of contact for your clients (across digital, strategy and creative), alongside driving projects internally. You build strong client relationships, advise clients strategically on live projects as well as spot opportunities for future collaboration.

• Scope of Work: Accurately translate client briefs; write thorough, considered scopes of work that can act as a contract for your projects, including fee breakdowns and project timelines. Define and agree your SOWs internally and with clients, ensuring projects are delivered within these agreed parameters.

• Regular Communication: Conduct regular check ins with clients to gather project requirements, provide updates and address concerns.

• Brand Guardian: Intimately understand a client brand and brief, ensuring this knowledge is translated to our internal teams and is upheld throughout the project.

Project Management

• Project Ownership: Lead the end-to-end project management processes, including planning, scheduling and execution across digital, strategy and creative projects.

• Effective Delivery: Develop detailed project programmes and timelines, collaborating with the Head of Operations and other PMs to resource effectively and ensure all deadlines are met within budget.

• Industry Passion: Tuned into client context, our industry and new technologies to motivate teams to provide informed, innovative and fresh approaches.

• Quality Control: Ensure the quality and consistency of all deliverables, maintaining a keen eye for detail and adherence to brand guidelines.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role with an agency or a luxury hospitality brand.

• Experience of high-quality creative executions across strategy, e-commerce website design, branding, content, campaigns, and broader channels.

• Proven ability to work well under pressure with a high degree of flexibility and fluidity. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.

• Solid portfolio demonstrating execution of defining brand worlds across digital executions.

• Strong understanding of contemporary culture, strategy, brand worlds and established and emerging social channels.

• Established network and relationships with partners such as developers, programmers and creatives.
