Job Description
Chapel
Chapel is an independent content and creative agency, specialising in B2B communications. We create, produce and deliver standout work for some of the world’s biggest brands. We are passionate about the work we do, the people we work for, and building a thriving culture for our team.
The Role
We're looking for a highly organised Junior Digital Project Manager / Digital Producer to help deliver a wide range of digital projects, with a particular focus on websites, landing pages and ongoing digital content.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys bringing structure to projects, has a keen eye for detail, and takes satisfaction in getting the small things right. While you'll work across a variety of exciting client projects, a key part of the role is managing ongoing digital production tasks, content updates and website delivery. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys process, organisation and digital production just as much as creative campaigns.
You'll work closely with our creative and client teams to ensure digital deliverables are launched accurately, on time and to a high standard. You'll also be comfortable joining client calls, talking through project progress and building/maintaining trusted relationships.
Interest in CMS platforms and digital performance, analytics and optimisation are essential.
Responsbilities
- Coordinate the delivery of digital projects from briefing through to launch.
- Manage website updates, landing pages and digital content using CMS platforms.
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, trackers and documentation.
- Work closely with designers, developers and strategists to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Attend and confidently contribute to client meetings, status calls and internal WIPs.
- Be a day-to-day point of contact for project queries and updates.
- Carry out quality assurance (QA) checks across websites and digital assets before launch.
- Support reporting by pulling data from Google Analytics and other digital platforms.
- Manage recurring digital production tasks, content uploads and website maintenance accurately and efficiently.
- Raise risks, flag blockers and help keep projects moving.
- Support the wider team with proposals, estimates, scopes of work and project administration where needed.
- Continuously look for ways to improve delivery processes and documentation.
Skills and experience
- Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience using one or more CMS platforms (such as WordPress, Contentful, Splash or similar) are a plus.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and an interest in digital performance.
- Knowledge of Figma.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills with confidence speaking to clients and presenting project updates.
- A methodical approach and enjoyment of structured, repeatable tasks.
- Strong administrative skills and confidence working with spreadsheets, trackers and documentation.
- Ability to problem-solve and stay calm under pressure.
- Comfortable working collaboratively across creative, strategy and development teams.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn new digital tools and platforms.
Personal attributes
- Friendly, approachable and confident communicating with clients and colleagues.
- Naturally organised and dependable.
- Takes pride in accuracy and delivering work to a consistently high standard.
- Finds satisfaction in well-organised processes and delivering consistent, high-quality digital work.
- Enjoys digital production, website content management and seeing projects through from brief to launch.
- Happy owning recurring tasks and understands that consistency and attention to detail are just as valuable as creative thinking.
- Curious about websites, digital experiences and how users interact with them.
- Positive, adaptable and always willing to help the wider team.
- A "can do" attitude with a genuine enthusiasm for learning and developing within a creative agency.
This role could suit someone coming from a range of backgrounds. You might be a creative person who enjoys bringing organisation and structure to projects, someone with web development or CMS experience looking to move into project management, or an early-career digital producer or project coordinator ready for your next step. Whatever your route, you'll enjoy working with people, keeping projects on track and taking pride in delivering high-quality digital work.
