We partner with leading distributors, streamers and broadcasters to create trailers, promos, key art, creative content and socials for films and series that audiences love. The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Designer to independently lead defined workstreams across print campaigns. You’ll take projects from brief through to final delivery, balancing creative ambition with client expectations and commercial considerations.
This role requires both strong craft and strong ownership. You’ll work directly with Art Directors and producers, contribute to concept development and manage campaign outputs across multiple titles simultaneously.
What You’ll Do
- Lead design execution across key art and campaign deliverables.
- Translate briefs into clear internal creative plans and direction.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects from concept through delivery.
- Present work internally and contribute to client-facing creative discussions.
- Attend photoshoots where required, contributing creatively and logistically.
- Mentor Junior Designers and Studio Assistants.
- Identify workflow efficiencies and contribute to process improvements.
- Maintain high creative and operational standards across all outputs.
What You’ll Bring

- Strong conceptual thinking and typographic craft.
- Proven ability to manage projects independently.
- Confidence balancing creativity with deadlines and budgets.
