Job Description

Midweight Designer | [London] | [Hybrid] | [Permanent position]

Introduction

We’re looking for a Midweight Designer to join a creative team working across travel, hospitality, leisure, wellbeing and experiences.

This is a role for someone who sees design as more than how something looks. You’ll take strategy, creative concepts and brand identities and turn them into campaigns, content, motion, film, experiences and real-world applications that people genuinely connect with.

The Opportunity

Role Purpose:

As a Midweight Designer, you’ll sit at the intersection of brand, creativity and experience. You’ll help bring ideas to life across physical and digital channels, from campaign concepts and activations to motion, film, social content and visual storytelling.

You’ll work closely with strategists, designers, clients, freelancers and production partners, using tools including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and approved AI tools.

Impact:

You’ll help transform strong strategic thinking into creative work that engages audiences, strengthens brands and works across multiple touchpoints.

You’ll also explore emerging technologies and new creative possibilities, helping create experiences that feel relevant, meaningful and brilliantly executed.

Growth

There’s plenty of scope to take ownership, work closely with clients and see your creativity move from initial idea to final delivery.

About You

You’re a multidisciplinary creative with strong design fundamentals and experience across areas such as branding, campaigns, content, motion, film, activation or experience design.

You’ll be confident developing concepts and executing them, collaborating with clients and production partners, and balancing creative ambition with practical delivery.

Platforms and formats: campaigns, content, motion, film, social media, digital, physical experiences and activations.

Tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and approved AI tools.

You’re curious, proactive and collaborative, with a genuine interest in how ideas come to life.

What’s In It for You

• Exposure to varied work across travel, hospitality, leisure, wellbeing and experiences

• Ownership from concept through to delivery

• Close collaboration with creative teams, clients and production partners

• The opportunity to explore emerging creative technology and AI

We are passionate about promoting diversity, inclusion, and equality, and are committed to working with clients who share our outlook. We offer equal opportunities to all candidates regardless of background, identity, sexuality, and disability. We strive to create inclusive cultures where diversity is seen as real value for the company. Our mission is for everyone to feel empowered to be their true authentic selves at work.
