Senior Producer

We are a Tokyo-born independent creative agency and have set up our London office in March 2019. This position is for a full-time, in-house role at our London office, with a start date in October/November 2026. Most of your time will be spent on London projects but we frequently work in collaboration with our Paris, New York and Tokyo offices as well.

monopo is seeking a full-time senior producer to join our team of twelve in London. You’ll manage client communications and project delivery while leading junior and mid-weight members to transform ambitious ideas into reality. Our projects encompass a wide range of disciplines, including campaigns, branding, brand activations and photo/video shoots. For the current opening, specific expertise in campaign and photo/video shoot production is particularly relevant.

As a producer, you excel in clear and collaborative communication with clients, partners, and internal teams. Your expertise ensures every project is delivered to the highest standard, while keeping budgets and timelines firmly on track.

Your responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have responsibility to deliver projects from start to finish in collaboration with the team. This includes:

• Keeping on top of communications with clients on the day-to-day running of projects
• Coordinating teams internally to ensure projects are progressing efficiently and the team is fully enabled to do great creative work
• Establishing, building and maintaining external collaborator relationships (e.g. freelancers and production agencies)
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget. Creating timelines and budget estimates
• Leading and supporting junior and mid-weight producers, delegating ownership of project workstreams while maintaining oversight of the wider production.
• Turning creative ideas into achievable production plans, working closely with the creative team to find the right approach, people and resources to bring ideas to life.

You’re the perfect fit if you:

• Have a minimum of 5 years experience working as a Producer or Project Manager in a creative agency or similar environment.
• Have a good understanding of the creative process from start to finish
• Have experience delivering multi-channel campaigns with multiple creative outputs and workstreams.
• Are comfortable working across several projects and have the ability to prioritise conflicting tasks
• Are self-driven and able to lead projects with a great level of autonomy
• Are confident in creating project schedules, planning and booking resources, and tracking assets from and to clients
• Are a natural and kind internal communicator, able to rally the team through clarity and optimism
• Share our passion for creative work that goes beyond the norm, challenging the limitations of the project to create new and unexpected outputs
• Have a valid UK work visa
