Producer

Wonder Vision is looking for an experienced Producer to manage the delivery of ambitious CGI and motion projects for brands, products, and campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong production expertise with calm organisation, commercial awareness, and a genuine passion for creative work.

You’ll play a key role in shaping projects from early conversations through to final delivery, owning timelines, budgets, resources, and client communication. Working closely with creatives, designers, and leadership, you’ll help ensure every project runs smoothly while protecting the quality of the work and the vision behind it.

What You’ll Be Doing

As Producer at Wonder Vision, you will:

• Guide prospective and existing clients from the first conversation through to clear, thoughtful and beautifully considered project solutions.
• Shape briefs into practical, inspiring plans, making sure each project is properly scoped, appropriately costed and set up for success.
• Define and manage project deliverables, timelines, budgets, resources, team needs and key milestones with confidence and attention to detail.
• Own the financial side of production, from costing and budgeting through to tracking spend, managing changes and protecting margins.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, building warm, strong and reliable relationships throughout the creative process.
• Listen closely to client feedback, understand what is really being asked, and translate it into clear, useful direction for the wider creative and production team.
• Manage additional requests, evolving project needs and shifting priorities with clarity, care and a calm sense of perspective.
• Act as the bridge between clients and the internal team, ensuring everyone feels informed, aligned, supported and excited about the work.
• Keep projects moving with energy and purpose, balancing creative ambition with the realities of practical delivery.
• Anticipate challenges before they become problems, finding thoughtful solutions and helping to remove blockers along the way.
• Lead complex creative projects with confidence, clarity and a calm, solutions-focused approach.
• Work closely with our creative and design teams to create the right conditions for excellent work to happen.
• Build and present thoughtful, polished client-facing production decks that clearly communicate approach, scope, timings and costs.
• Source, brief and manage creative freelancers, helping nurture and grow our trusted roster, Club Wonder®.
• Help shape production processes that support both creative freedom and efficient delivery.
• Protect the quality of work leaving the studio, helping ensure our meticulous standards are upheld from process through to final delivery.
