The Role

We're looking for a Senior Motion Graphics Designer to define how ideas move. This isn't a role for someone who simply animates finished designs. You'll be involved from concept through to craft, collaborating with strategists, designers and creatives to shape motion as an integral part of the idea.You'll create work across campaigns, social content and digital experiences, helping our clients communicate with clarity, personality and impact.

• Develop motion systems that bring identities to life across every touchpoint.
• Champion craft, raising the standard of motion across the studio.
• Push creative thinking through experimentation, emerging technology and AI.
• Inspire the wider team through curiosity and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead motion design projects from concept through to final delivery.
• Collaborate with creatives, designers and strategists from the earliest stages of a project.
• Produce exceptional 2D animation for campaigns, social and digital experiences.
• Present ideas confidently to clients and articulate creative decisions.
• Explore new workflows, tools and AI to improve both craft and process.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of learning and creative excellence

Nice to have

• Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender or other 3D software.
• Knowledge of AI creative workflows and emerging motion tools.
• Sound design, editing or filmmaking experience.

Expertise

• A portfolio demonstrating exceptional motion craft and conceptual thinking.
• Advanced knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, composition and storytelling.
• Excellent attention to detail and a refined eye for timing and pacing.
• Comfortable leading projects, managing feedback and presenting to clients.
• Naturally curious, collaborative and always looking for better ways to make great work.
