Job Description

Nonna Tonda is a growing fresh pasta subscription business delivering restaurant-quality pasta and sauces directly to customers across the UK.

We're passionate about exceptional ingredients, traditional Italian cooking and making delicious food accessible to everyone.

We're looking for a talented and imaginative Creative Content Producer to join our in-house marketing team and help bring our brand to life across paid advertising and organic social media.

The role

You'll be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality content that showcases our food, tells our story and helps us reach new customers.

From developing attention-grabbing Meta ads to filming beautiful pasta-making videos and creating engaging Instagram Reels, you'll play a central role in how Nonna Tonda looks and feels online.

This is a hands-on creative position. You'll be as comfortable behind a camera as you are developing ideas, editing videos and experimenting with new content formats.

Working closely with our Head of Marketing and Marketing Manager, you'll help develop a consistent pipeline of fresh creative content for our paid and organic channels.

The role is mainly office-based, with occasional shooting at other locations, and typically 1-2 day working remotely.

Key responsibilities

Paid social

Script and produce video, static, carousel and UGC-style ads for Facebook and Instagram.

Collaborate with the team on creating opening hooks and scripts that get people to order their first box.

Make several variations of each concept so we can test different messages, formats and audiences.

Review ad performance with the marketing team and use what worked, and what didn't, to shape the next round.

Organic social

Create content primarily for Instagram, but also Facebook (and possibly TikTok).

Film and edit short-form video: Reels, recipe demos, product showcases and behind-the-scenes footage.

Show the farmers, makers, ingredients and cooking processes behind our pasta.

Plan and deliver the content calendar with the marketing team.

Photography and video production

Plan and run regular shoots, from food photography, farm visits and recipe videos to sales events, and pop ups.

Edit video and photography to a high standard.

Keep an organised asset library so anyone on the team can find what they need.

Creative development

Pitch new ideas, formats and trends you think we should try.

Keep our look consistent across every channel.

Find stories across the business, from the kitchen to our customers.

About you

You have a good eye and you love shooting and editing.

You'll ideally have:

  • 2 to 3 years' experience in content creation, videography, social media or a similar role.
  • A portfolio of video and photography you made yourself.
  • Experience making Meta ads, ideally for a consumer or e-commerce brand.
  • Strong editing skills in Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar.
  • Solid videography skills, including lighting, composition and food styling.
  • A clear sense of what works on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, and why.
  • The organisational skills to run several projects at once and hit deadlines.
  • Sharp attention to detail and a real interest in food.
  • Experience with food, hospitality or direct-to-consumer brands is a bonus.

How to apply

Send your CV and portfolio to anna.chapman@nonnatonda.co.uk by 23rd October 2026.

We are especially keen to see any paid social ads, short-form video and reels that you filmed and edited.
