About the role...
We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team on a fixed term contract for 9 months to cover a maternity leave.
This role is crucial in shaping and delivering our end-to-end service for projects across the studio, building and maintaining meaningful, positive client relationships along the way. You will be ambitious, have the ability to adapt your approach depending on the audience and will be as comfortable addressing the bigger picture thinking around project and client management as you will be in obsessing over the details.
Our ideal candidate is someone who not only has experience of and understands the types of projects and industries that we work in, but can also combine meticulous project management andorganisational skills with expert interpersonal skills, both internally and externally. What the role entails...
— Providing the best level of care and service to our clients from the beginning to end of a project
— Proactive day-to-day management across multiple projects/accounts, working quickly, carefully and autonomously to ensure we deliver everything on time, on brief and on budget.
— Building strong relationships with both clients and the internal teams, knowing how and when to advocate for both and communicate clearly to each (verbally and in writing)
— Owning the resourcing of the team for your projects, knowing who is working on what at all times, and understanding what the future resource needs are
— Confidently negotiating and managing scope extensions and feedback, as well as understanding when to manage things upwards to the Directors
— Ownership of the financial side of each project, knowing where we are with billing and forecasting at any given time
— Working with external suppliers to manage digital development and physical production across projects.
— Seeking new and innovative ways to manage projects, clients and the team
We are looking for someone who...
— Has brand agency experience in Client Services, working with clients across various sectors
— Enjoys building relationships and has very strong interpersonal and communication skills
— Is a team player and enjoys collaborating both with the EIB team and externally
— Has the ability to work under tight deadlines with efficiency and meticulous organisation
— Understands and can manage production processes, both digital and physical / print
— Has the ability to make good judgments and quick decisions when it comes to leading brand, website and production projects
— Is able to balance day-to-day running of projects with the wider studio view
— Is able to independently prioritise their workload
— Is confident using Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Pitch
— Is knowledgable and passionate about brand and design, and engages with the wider industry and culture
