A high-speed creative agency, based in Hackney, London. We specialise in food and drink, partnering with a nationwide anchor client that keeps us firing, alongside a growing roster of brands across other industries.

The Opportunity

Working closely with our Creative Directors and production team, you’ll take ownership of design briefs from concept through to delivery. We are looking for a designer able to work across multiple disciplines to bring considered ideas to life.

This is a hands-on role for a designer with strong creative ambition, a fast and flexible way of working, and the confidence to deliver refined, culturally relevant work, fit for social, digital, out of home, POS and print.

Key Responsibilities

• Translating ideas into strong, expressive visual concepts across multiple formats
• Rolling out visual concepts into cohesive campaigns across multiple specs
• Creating content for social platforms with a passion for culturally relevant design
• Developing basic GIFs and animations where appropriate
• Collaborating closely with the Creative Directors and Production team
• Presenting work clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients
• Overseeing artwork, layouts, and final production files

Skills & Attributes (Required)

• BA in Graphic Design (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum three years’ industry experience post-graduation
• Strong creative, conceptual, and visual design skills
• Excellent organisation
• Strategic thinking around visual communication
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• High attention to detail and craft
• Confident presenting and articulating creative ideas
• Comfortable leading projects from concept to delivery
• Interest in design trends and social media
• Ability to work from our Hackney studio 2–3 days per week

Skills & Attributes (Beneficial)

• Available to start immediately or on a short notice period
• 2D motion graphics skills (e.g. After Effects)
• Experience with illustration
