That’s why this role exists.

As Creative Producer, you’ll be the operational engine of the performance creative team. You’ll own how concepts become shoots, how shoots become assets, and how assets get delivered to go live.

From high-production campaigns to UGC creators to external specialists, you’ll make sure the machine runs fast, sharp, and friction-free.

This is a high-impact role at the heart of their biggest growth channel, and the work you do will directly shape how hundreds of thousands of people discover the company every week.

What You’ll Be Doing

This role reports into the Performance Creative Lead, working closely with Creative Strategists, Designers, Video Editors, Growth, and external partners.

Shoot Planning & End-to-End Production

You’ll own the full shoot process from concept handover through to postproduction delivery.

• Translate creative concepts into clear production plans

• Develop treatments, execution approaches, and shoot structures

• Source and manage talent, locations, and crew

• Own timelines, budgets, logistics, and shoot-day delivery

• Ensure everything lands against the creative brief, performance goals, and brand standards

UGC & Creator Content Engine

UGC is one of the biggest levers in performance creative, and you’ll help scale theirs.

• Own the end-to-end creator content process

• Build and manage a reliable pool of UGC creators

• Partner with the Growth Partnerships Lead managing the influencer affiliate programme to discover and onboard talent

• Manage communication, timelines, output quality, and performance tracking, with our Creative Strategist

• Ensure UGC feeds directly into their paid social testing engine

External Production & Specialist Talent

Some ideas require specialists. You’ll own that pathway.

• Scope when concepts need external execution (animation, 3D, illustration, motion)

• Source, brief, and manage external partners

• Own contracts, budgets, timelines, and quality control

• Ensure external work integrates seamlessly into their internal creative pipeline

Post-Production Oversight & Handover

You’ll ensure production turns into finished assets smoothly.

• Own the handover from shoot → editing → final delivery

• Coordinate resourcing across internal editors/designers and external support

• Ensure briefs, selects, references, and expectations are crystal clear

• Track timelines, unblock issues, maintain quality with discipline owners

Creative Operations & Systems

This role isn’t just execution, it’s scaling creative ops and removing friction.

• Improve the creative pipeline from idea → asset

• Reduce friction for internal and external creatives

• Help evolve the asset management systems: naming, structure, version control

• Identify bottlenecks and build repeatable production processes

What Success Looks Like

• Creative ideas move from concept to execution smoothly and predictably

• Shoots are sharp, efficient, on budget, and deliver assets that perform

• External partners are reliable, well-briefed, and easy to work with

• UGC becomes a dependable, scalable creative channel

• The creative team spends more time creating — less time firefighting

• You become the trusted “go-to” person who makes things happen

What They're Looking For

Must-Haves

• Proven experience as a Creative Producer / Content Producer / Production Manager

• Strong understanding of video, photography, and performance creative production

• Experience owning shoots, budgets, timelines, and external teams

• Comfortable working with creators, influencers, and UGC talent

• Highly organised, proactive, calm under pressure

• Strong communicator who can align creatives, strategists, and partners
