👀 Role overview

We've cracked the creative strategy code with paid ads. Now it's organic's turn.

You'll invent original, entertaining formats for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. Formats that link intrinsically back to Smart SIM and its two superpowers: free roaming in 180+ countries, and switching to any UK network when your signal drops.

This isn't trend-hopping for a one-off viral hit. It's the harder, more valuable game: creating repeatable formats from original thought, testing them for consistent virality, then scaling the winners across new accounts. You'll own the whole channel, with real budget and resource behind you, reporting directly to our Head of Growth.

Do it well and you'll build long-lasting media for one of the UK's most exciting challenger brands - and give yourself a serious launchpad into a marketing career.

🚀 What you'll do

• Invent original formats 💡 - Concept entertaining, infinitely repeatable formats from first principles that tie naturally back to Smart SIM - not remixes of whatever's trending this week.
• Make the content yourself 🎬 - Script, interview, film and edit - the whole gig, from idea to published post.
• Test for consistent virality 🔬 - Treat every format like an experiment. Ship it, measure it, learn from it. Double down on winners, kill the rest without sentiment.
• Scale what works 📈 - Rinse and repeat successful formats, then spin up new formats on new accounts to build a portfolio of long-lasting media accounts.
• Own the channel end to end 🙌 - Full autonomy over your organic social formats, backed with the budget and resource to test your ideas properly.
• Build our creative competency 🧠 - Share what you learn with the wider marketing team, helping make Honest best in class at creative strategy - organic and paid.

• Creator at heart 🎥 - You make content yourself and can handle the full stack: concepting, scripting, interviewing, filming and editing.
• Original thinker 🧩 - You'd rather invent a repeatable format from scratch than chase the latest trend for a quick spike.
• Self-starter 🚀 - You thrive with autonomy, set your own pace, and don't wait to be told what to make next.
• Rigorous tester 📊 - You're comfortable treating creative as research: forming hypotheses, reading the data, and iterating fast.

• In-person interactive challenge interview with Jack and Sophia, our Head of Brand & Marketing - pitch us 2-3 repeatable format ideas for Smart SIM and talk us through how you'd test them

💸 Salary: £31,000 + very competitive bonus based on the impressions you generate
