Executive Producer
Prelude makes campaigns and content for some of the biggest film and TV releases in the world. We’re independent, six years in and growing.
We’re looking for someone brilliant to work alongside the founder and help drive what comes next – leading client relationships, developing new business and playing a key role in the agency’s next chapter.
You’ll stay close to the creative too – helping shape briefs and responses, bringing ideas to the table and understanding what makes great work for film and entertainment.
Your current title doesn’t matter much to us. You might already be a Senior Producer, or you might come from account management, strategy, creative or client-side marketing. What matters is that you’re commercially minded, great with people and excited by the idea of helping grow an independent agency.
What we’re looking for
- Real experience in film and entertainment – agency, studio or distributor
- Strong understanding of modern creative campaigns for film and TV and the evolving social media landscape
- Confident and credible with senior clients
- Commercial instinct and a natural ability to build relationships
- Entrepreneurial, proactive and comfortable taking ownership
- Plenty of energy, enthusiasm and ideas
We’re deliberately lean, so there aren’t lots of layers. You’ll work directly with the founder and have real influence over where Prelude goes next. For the right person, there’s also scope to share in what we build.
The Setup
London / hybrid, moving into our new studio in Shoreditch. Full-time or part-time – we’re happy to shape the role around the right person. Salary dependent on experience.
