Job Description
We are looking for an exceptionally organised, proactive person to project manage our busy creative studio. This is a new role which will see you working closely with our Operations Director and our design and digital teams.
You will know every detail about all projects and act as a ‘go-to’ on all delivery-related queries for both clients and internal teams. With a strong commitment to quality, you will be responsible for project planning, managing and scheduling internal resources, ensuring effective communication with clients and collaboration within the Dawn team.
If you are confident and self-motivated, and see yourself playing a key role in managing projects at a well-respected creative agency, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and diverse team.
From time to time and when workload permits, you may also be expected to assist the Directors in the smooth running of the studio with general studio management or administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the team on a day-to-day basis to support the management of project delivery.
- Taking ownership and thinking strategically about resource planning and management across the studio, always with a holistic view of the workload.
- Creating and implementing project workflows – setting goals, expectations and deadlines, then adjusting accordingly to ensure a smooth process with on-time delivery.
- Allocating both internal and external resources to projects and maintaining a network of creative freelancers.
- Always have a handle on timelines and briefs to ensure that projects run smoothly.
- Communicating directly with clients daily regarding project plans, progress and delivery.
- Liaising with suppliers/partners who are also working on/towards our projects.
Skills and Knowledge Required:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a project management role in an agency environment, working across multiple clients + projects.
- Knowledge of main project management tools and methodologies.
- Being proactive, reliable, able to meet deadlines and to organise your own and others’ time.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Adaptable and able to prioritise effectively.
- The confidence to work as an authoritative figure in a busy team.
- The ability to keep calm under pressure, with a consistent, positive can-do attitude.
Exemplary communication skills are essential to this role to help maximise cohesion in the team and ensure efficiency between the agency and our clients.
Salary Bracket: £30,000 - £38,000, dependent on experience.
- 25 days holiday + 8 days bank holiday (33 days total)
- 1 Horizon Day (wellbeing day) allocated per quarter (extra 4 days off annually)
- Employee Assistance Programme and Health Benefit
- Whole team day out socials twice a year
