Freelance Client/Account Manager

We’re growing our freelance roster at Jory&Co 👋

We’re looking for brilliant freelance Client / Account Managers to jump into projects with us when we need some extra support.

We’re a fully remote, global design agency with a flexible, high-trust, no-egos way of working. You’ll get to work alongside a lovely bunch of people and some genuinely exciting purpose-led organisations around the world.

A bit about you

You’ll ideally have 3+ years’ experience working in a creative agency, be super organised, great with clients and comfortable managing creative projects across branding, campaigns, reports and websites.

You’ll be confident:

• Managing projects from brief through to delivery
• Being the main point of contact for clients
• Briefing and coordinating designers and developers
• Managing timelines, budgets and deliverables
• Running multiple projects without dropping the ball
• Spotting issues early and proactively sorting them out
• Working independently as part of a fully remote team

Experience with tools like Notion, Figma, Slack and Google Workspace is useful, and experience working with purpose-led, climate or sustainability organisations is a bonus.

You’ll ideally be based in the UK, Europe or US, although we’re open to brilliant people elsewhere. You’ll need some flexibility around time zones as our team and clients are spread around the world.

Since day one, we’ve partnered with brands and organisations making a positive social or environmental impact. From climate action to healthcare and community empowerment, we use brilliant design to help ambitious organisations create change.

We’ve been fully remote since before it was cool, with a team spanning New Zealand, Australia, the UK, Ireland, Spain and France. No egos, no hierarchy, no office politics. Just good people doing great work from wherever they are.

There’s no specific start date or guaranteed number of days at this stage. We’re simply looking to build relationships with some great freelancers we can call on as projects and opportunities come up.
