Job Description
About us
ASK US FOR IDEAS (AUFI) exists to connect brands with the top 1% of the industry's creative agencies. Over the last decade we've built a network of hundreds of the most imaginative, innovative and exceptional creative agencies in the world.
We work with brands of all sizes, from household names to disruptive start-ups and high-growth scale-ups, and help them find agency partners that share their values and set them up for long-term success across BRANDING, DIGITAL and MARKETING.
Set up by two lifelong friends, now a team of 14, we pride ourselves on making a meaningful difference to the brands and agencies we work with.
Our approach:
We Listen: we take the time to understand our clients, their brand and their brief.
We Advise: we help shape the scope, timing and budget so we can brief the right agencies.
We Connect: we introduce a curated shortlist of agency partners.
We Support: we stay close to the process and help clients make the best decision.
The role
Our agency network is the heart of AUFI, and it's growing fast. Today we work with over 500 agencies, and keeping track of who they are, what they're great at and how they're getting on with us is a big job. That's where you come in.
As Network Coordinator, you'll keep the network running smoothly behind the scenes: looking after our agency data, pulling together reports, helping new agencies get set up with us, and being the go-to person when the team needs to know something about an agency.
To start with, a lot of it will be hands-on: updating records, sending emails, pulling numbers together. At the same time, we're rebuilding a lot of these processes with AI and automation, working with specialist partners to do so. You'll be right in the middle of that. You'll learn how things work manually first, help shape what gets automated, and over time your role will shift towards running and improving those systems rather than doing everything by hand.
If you like being organised, enjoy getting things right, and are curious about how AI can change the way a small team works, we'd definitely encourage you to apply.
What you'll be doing
- Keeping our agency records up to date across Airtable, Notion and our CRM
- Pulling together regular agency and referral reports, and flagging anything that looks interesting (or off)
- Helping new agencies join the network, from setting them up in our systems to answering their questions and nudging anyone who's gone quiet
- Running agency initiatives, like milestone emails, outreach campaigns and our end-of-year AUFI Wrapped
- Being a friendly point of contact for the team when they need info on our agencies
- Helping run internal agency education sessions and internal communications around agencies
- Getting our case studies and assets organised so they're easy to find and use
- Working with our automation partners as new tools are built, testing them, spotting what's not working and helping keep them in good shape
- Supporting on other growth projects as the business evolves
About you
You don't need years of experience. We care more about how you work than what's on your CV. Ideally you'll be:
- Organised and detail-minded: you notice when something doesn't add up and you like fixing it
- Comfortable with tools: you've used things like Airtable, Notion or a CRM, or you pick new tools up quickly
- Curious about AI: you're keen to learn how AI and automation can take the grind out of work, and you're not fazed by change
- A clear communicator: you're happy and confident on video calls and over email, communicating with agency founders and teams
- Up for variety: you enjoy juggling a few things at once and working as part of a small team
Nice to haves: experience with AI and automation tools like Claude, Airtable, Notion, Zapier or Make; and some familiarity (or interest in) with the creative agency world.
Why join us?
- Work with hundreds of brilliant agencies globally and a wide range of ambitious brands
- Be part of a small, expert (and fun) team with big ambitions
- Get hands-on experience with AI and automation in a real business, early in your career
- A flexible, supportive place to work, where you can grow as the role grows
- Access to company benefits like private health and travel insurance, as well as life assurance
- Additional benefits like discretionary Christmas office closure and summer Friday hours
Role specifics
- Full time, 35 hours per week
- Hybrid working, with 2 days (M, F) from home and 3 days (T, W, Th) from our office in Central London (Fitzrovia)
- Salary £28,200-£30,000 pa, dependent on experience, plus discretionary company commission scheme
- 25 days paid holiday, plus bank holidays
- Reporting into Network & Content Manager and Head of Partnerships
- Start date: flexible, but ideally by January 2027
A quick note from Char & Beth, who you'd be working with
We're really excited to be growing our team within AUFI and would love to have you consider the role. Our agencies are truly one of the most exceptional groups of people – creative, kind, ambitious, incredibly talented – and our days are spent getting to know them as well as we can, then using that information to educate our own team so we can make the best matches for our clients. No two days are the same, and you'll be working with (and learning from) the folks behind some of the greatest brands and organisations in the world. It never gets old!
As an internal team, we're small (it's just the two of us running the network) but love what we do and are always thinking about how we can make things better. We are open with feedback (only ever in the spirit of growth), work equal parts collaboratively and independently, and constantly support each other so we can do our jobs as smoothly as possible. What makes it even better is that our wider team is wonderful and value what we do massively, so you always feel that the work you're doing is deeply appreciated.
We've got a lot of momentum and are really excited for all that's to come…we'd love for you to be a part of it!
