Job Description
- Blood Records and Bad World are looking for a junior designer and artworker with strong experience in digital and print (candidates must be proficient in both) to support the Creative Director and CEO with vinyl record design and data visualisation briefs, collaborating with pressing plants, reprographic teams, designers and developers.
- High-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop are essential.
- Meticulous attention to detail required, ensuring brand thinking is consistently applied across designs.
- The role will include collating discographies and product suites into digital assets for portfolios; translating datasets into digital assets for presentations.
- Ability to work efficiently across a high volume of briefs and comfortable working to extremely tight deadlines is essential, along with strong organisational skills in file setup and design processes - and the ability to prepare well-structured files and templates for recurrent use and handover.
- NB: interested candidates should note that this role is NOT focused on vinyl packaging design or broader creative for record marketing campaigns, but on contributing to the conception and design of bespoke vinyl variants.
