Job Description

We’re looking for a Design and Creative Intern to join our creative team in our central London HQ. This is a brilliant growth opportunity for someone at the start of their design career, offering real hands-on experience inside a busy, creative and curious studio team. You’ll be working alongside experienced designers, art directors and creatives every day, building your skills on live campaigns for some of the biggest names in sports and entertainment. You’ll be embedded in the team from day one, contributing to artworking and campaign delivery across social and digital platforms. This is an initial six-month contract, with the potential to extend based on performance and business needs.

The role is hybrid, with a minimum of two days per week in our London office.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As Design and Creative Intern, you will support the creative team with artworking and production tasks across a range of client campaigns. You’ll work closely with senior creatives and across agency departments to help deliver high-quality social and digital content on time and to brief.

Artworking and Production

• Design static social media assets for use across Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube and other key platforms, with a focus on high-quality, on-brand design for statics as the core of the role.

• Resize, adapt and localise creative assets to meet platform specifications and campaign requirements.

• Retouch and prepare imagery for use across digital and social channels.

• Maintain consistency of brand and creative guidelines across all outputs.

• Support senior creatives with production tasks at pace, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at all times.

• As you develop in the role, there is the opportunity to expand into video editing and motion graphics, working alongside our video and animation specialists.

• Maintain well-organised file structures and asset libraries, keeping shared folders accurate and up to date in line with studio standards.

Creative Collaboration

• Participate in brainstorms and ideation sessions, contributing fresh ideas and creative thinking.

• Support the wider creative team with concept development and campaign execution.

• Attend internal status meetings and daily team stand-ups.

• Collaborate with production teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.

• Stay across social media trends, platform updates and cultural moments relevant to our clients.

• Take on feedback and amends positively, iterating quickly and accurately to keep projects moving.

• Present work internally with clarity, articulating your design decisions and thinking in a straightforward way.

About You

You’re a creative with a genuine passion for design and a keen eye for detail. Whether you’re working on a single social asset or supporting a full campaign rollout, you bring the same energy and care to everything you produce.

You’ll have

• A strong portfolio showcasing your creative ability across digital and social formats.

• A good working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator. Knowledge of Premiere Pro or After Effects is desirable but not essential.

• An understanding of social media creative formats, platform specs and current design trends.

• A mixed love of graphics, animation, typography, motion and video.

• The ability to work well under pressure with strong attention to detail.

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and the ability to manage your own time effectively.

• Some agency or studio experience, or a strong student portfolio if you’re coming straight from education.

• A genuine interest in culture, sport and entertainment — the worlds our clients live in, and the context that makes great creative work land.

• Familiarity with Canva or similar browser-based design tools, which sit alongside the Adobe suite in our day-to-day workflow.

• A curiosity about AI generative tools and how they can support the creative process — we’re an agency that embraces new ways of working and we want you to explore them with us.

• Good habits around file naming, folder organisation and asset management — the small things that keep a busy studio running smoothly.

• No ego and a genuine team-first attitude.

What We Offer

• The opportunity to work across some of the most culturally significant brands in sports and entertainment.

• A creative environment where no two days are the same.

• Mentorship and support from an experienced, passionate team.

• A competitive salary with clear routes for development and progression.

• A benefits package including a cash back scheme, flexible working, pension and private healthcare.

• A hybrid working model with a minimum of two days per week in our central London office.
