We are a design agency based in London. Over the last 35 years, we've delivered brilliant brand experiences for some of most loved brands in retail, hospitality and leisure.
We appreciate, support and inspire each other every day, respecting all brains and actively helping each other to express our ideas. At our heart, we're a group of creative souls who really care about people and design. If that sounds like something you'd like to be part of - we'd love to hear from you.
Who we’re looking for
- We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join our team.
- You have up to 2 years of experience (including internships or placements), and you’re eager to continue developing your skills in a collaborative studio environment. You’ll enjoy sharing ideas with your team and learning how design, customer journeys and brand storytelling come together.
- You’ll support the wider project team in developing creative ideas from early concepts through to final delivery. Our ideal candidate is curious, dependable and passionate about how brands come to life in both two and three dimensions.
- We’re looking for someone who is keen to build their problem-solving and critical thinking skills, and who is open to feedback and learning from others. You’ll take pride in delivering high-quality work and staying organised to meet deadlines.
Your Skillset
- Up to 2 years experience in graphic design (including internships, freelance or university projects)
- A portfolio that demonstrates your design thinking and creativity (we’ll ask you to talk through these in an interview)
- An interest in brand creation and how brands can be applied across different environments
- An understanding of how to clearly communicate your ideas
- Confidence to share your work and ideas with the team, with support
- A proactive attitude and strong willingness to learn and grow
- An awareness of how strategy and insight can inform design, with guidance
- Openness to feedback and a desire to develop your skills
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign (or similar tools)
- An interest in the latest design trends, cultural moments and creative innovation
- Proactively sharing inspiration and helping keep the team creatively fresh and informed
Unfortunately we're not in a position to sponsor anyone who does not have a Right To Work in the UK.
