About the Role
This is a Senior Designer role for someone who enjoys taking ownership of ideas from beginning to end.
You'll lead projects from initial inspiration and concept development through to technical resolution, fabrication, and final delivery. Working across a broad range of bespoke commissions and original design projects, you'll develop narratives, generate concepts, create prototypes, and collaborate closely with production teams to transform ideas into physical outcomes.
The role sits comfortably between creative and technical disciplines. One day you may be sketching early concepts and developing design stories. The next, you may be refining technical details with fabricators, reviewing prototypes, or preparing information for manufacture.

Your days will look something like this...
- Lead projects from concept development through to fabrication and final delivery
- Develop compelling design narratives that inform products, objects, and bespoke commissions
- Generate concepts through sketching, modelling, visualisation, and prototyping
- Produce detailed Rhino models and technical information for manufacture
- Collaborate with specialist makers, artisans, and manufacturers throughout project delivery
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional quality standards
- Contribute to the development of original products, collections, and intellectual property
- Work closely with design, production, and leadership teams to bring ambitious ideas to life
You might be our perfect match if...
- You have experience within product design, furniture design, collectible design, luxury design, or a related discipline
- You are highly proficient in Rhino
- You have experience using Blender, KeyShot, or comparable visualisation software
- You possess a strong understanding of materials, fabrication techniques, and manufacturing processes
- You are comfortable producing technical information and communicating with fabricators
- You have experience managing projects independently from concept through to delivery
- Your portfolio demonstrates both conceptual thinking and realised outcomes
- You have a genuine passion for craftsmanship, making, materials, and creative experimentation
