We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our team in London to help our clients to DO SOMETHING GREAT.
Klutch Studio is an independent creative studio - we back each other, share ideas freely, and aren’t afraid to experiment.
We’re looking for someone proactive, curious, and ready to get stuck in: from deep work building brands to day-to-day creative challenges, we want the right person to create exceptional work that turns heads and amplifies our clients' briefs.

You are:
- A Senior Designer with 7+ years of hands-on agency experience
- Able to translate brand strategy into world-class creative
- As comfortable conceptualising ideas as you are doing pixel-perfect work
- Obsessed with building systematic brand systems
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- Able to translate brands to digital platforms
- A great communicator
- Able to confidently present your creative work and rationale
- Able to deliver and oversee multiple projects at once
- Able to plan, manage and liaise with internal and external creatives
You will:
- Lead creative projects across the agency
- Be brave with your ideas
- Be part of team pitching and winning work
- Understand commercial objectives and KPIs of our clients
- Manage other designers and creatives
- Plan and strategise alongside our founder and senior team
- Confidently make decisions and guide our clients

Please note that our studio is in Brixton, a 3 minute walk from the tube station. We currently require the team to be in the studio a minimum of 3 days per week and ad hoc as needed.
The rest of the week is WFH unless you want to come into the studio, of course.
